Using Mimring

By creating or using a Mimring account, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or the accounts of other people.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Family Admins are responsible for managing invitations, Family Members, prompts, and Memory Book visibility within the family they administer.

Your content

You retain ownership of the stories, photographs, files, and other content you provide to Mimring.

You give Mimring permission to store, process, display, reproduce, and format that content as necessary to operate the service, provide Memory Books, and create exports you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share the content you place in Mimring.

Purchases

Pricing and purchase details are shown before checkout. Family Member Accounts are sold as one-time purchases. Mimring does not charge a recurring subscription for them under the current product offering.

Availability and changes

Mimring may be updated over time as features are added, changed, or improved. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, infrastructure problems, security issues, or circumstances outside Mimring's control.

Important memories and exports

Mimring provides export tools so families can create copies of their Memory Books. For especially important material, keeping independent exported or downloaded copies is recommended.

Account restrictions

Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or respond to serious violations of these terms.
