Mimring may store information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, username, family relationships within Mimring, account settings, and invitation information.

Mimring also stores the content you choose to preserve, including written memories, prompts, photographs, uploaded files, captions, and Memory Book settings.

How information is used

Information is used to operate Mimring, authenticate accounts, preserve and display your content, provide Family Admin features, create exports, send necessary account communications, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Mimring may receive transaction information such as payment status and purchase details. Payment providers handle payment-card information according to their own privacy practices.

Cookies and authentication

Mimring uses cookies and similar browser storage when necessary for features such as signing in, maintaining authenticated sessions, and controlling access to protected Memory Books.

Sharing and visibility

Mimring may use service providers when necessary to operate the service, process payments, send email, host infrastructure, or provide other technical functions.

Memory Books may be public or private depending on the settings selected by the Family Admin. Content made public through a public Memory Book can be viewed by people who access that Memory Book.

Protecting your account

Keep your password confidential and use care when deciding what personal information to include in a memory or public Memory Book.
